The Coastal Group completed renovation of an 6,000 SQ Foot doughnut production facility to a flower shop distribution operation in Medford, MA.  Scope of work included, 3 new custom coolers, a new office space, custom work stations, and bathroom remodel.

Complete renovation of a 2000 SQ foot Boston Fish Pier unit fit out to custom specifications.  Build out included a new first floor production for sauces and cooler & freezer. Scope also included a new 2,000 SQ foot 2nd floor office space with kitchenette, bathroom and custom deck. This is The Coastal Groups 3rd Boston Fish Pier Renovation.

The Coastal Group Renovated a 10,000 SQ foot Boston Fish Pier unit which was in very poor condition and brought it up to SQF 3 standards. Scope of work included engineering, custom office space, demo and installation of new food grade flooring, design and build out of custom cooler and freezer, and installation of equipment.



Scope of work:

The Coastal Group was selected to perform a complete renovation of a 80,000 SQ foot food production facility. The interior of the building was in not up to SQF standards prior to TCG being contracted. Work included a brand new roof, mold removal, equipment removal, insulated metal panel throughout the facility, new floor coasting, and renovation of employee area. Building The owner has now been issued a clean health bill and the building is ready for lease or sale.


Scope of work:

The Coastal Group was selected to complete a fit out of a 2,500 SQ foot Boston Fish Pier unit for pet food production. Unit was brought up to SQF 3 standards and includes 6 batch production lines.
